Typical symptoms include chest pain, dry cough, breathing issues, fever, and fatigue. Generally treatment will rely on the cause. Medication might include pain medication, antibiotics, or NSAIDs (antiinflammatory drugs). Recovery time is typically about 2 weeks to 3 months.
